The tenant experience is very different depending on the person renting the property. Some may not pay rent on time, some may be loud, and others keep their property nice and tidy. As a property manager, one of your jobs is to keep the good tenants and evict the problematic tenants. This is a tough position to be in. It requires a firm hand to tell someone when it is time to shape up or leave. Bad tenants can push out your good tenants, which is why when you are having issues with a bad tenant, it is crucial to speak with the good tenants to assure them that you are doing your best in taking care of the problem.
